BLDEU-PGET 2016 Notification and Dates for MD MS Admissions
BLDE University has been invited applications for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test 2016 (BLDEU PGET 2016) that leads to admissions for MD MS and Diploma courses 2016 session.

M.D.: Human Anatomy (04 seats), Human Physiology (04 seats), Biochemistry (01 seat), Pathology (11 seats), Microbiology (02 seats), Pharmacology (02 seats), Forensic Medicine (02 seats), Community Medicine (06 seats), General Medicine (12 seats), Paediatrics (04 seats), Dermatology (03 seats), Anaesthesiology (07 seats), Radiology (04 seats).
M.S.: General Surgery (07 seats), Obst & Gynaecology (03 seats), Orthopaedics (03 seats), Ophthalmology (03 seats), E.N.T (01 seat).
Diploma: DGO (04 seats), D’Ortho (04 seats), DLO (02 seats), DCH (02 seats), DA (02 seats), DCP (02 seats), DGO (04 seats).
Eligibility Criteria for BLDE University PGET 2016
Only those applicants, who satisfy or likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Post Graduate courses will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDEU-PGET-2016 and subsequently for admission to the course.
(i) The applicants seeking admission to these courses should have passed MBBS from the college recognized by Medical Council of India.
(ii) As specified by Medical Council of India, the minimum percentage of marks in the entrance test for eligibility for admission to Post Graduate courses shall be:
a) General category 50%.
b) SC/ST & OBC (OBC as declared by Govt. of Karnataka from time to time) Category 40%.
c) Applicants with 40% to 70% locomotor disability of lower limbs (as certified by competent issuing authority) category 45%.
(iii) The applicant must have completed the compulsory rotating internship/would be completing by April 30th 2016.
(iv) Foreign/PIO/NRI students are exempted from BLDEU-PGET-2016.
Seat selection: The applicants will be allowed to exercise option and to select seat in the order of merit. Counseling is divided into sessions; the applicant will be allowed to participate in accordance with the notified time schedule and stipulated rank ranges only.
The applicants who do not opt for any seat will receive their originals after counseling.
The presence of applicant is compulsory for counseling, since it involves Biometrics, photo and signature verification; only one person (parent/guardian) will be permitted to accompany the applicant during counseling.
How to Apply BLDE University PGET Entrance Exam 2016?
Application Form is available online at www.bldeu.in. Only those applicants, who satisfy or likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Post Graduate courses will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDE PGET 2016 and subsequently for admission to the courses.
Hard copy of the generated application form along with relevant enclosures should be sent to the University.
If paid through DD please ensure that: Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.4000/- is drawn in favour of “The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103”.
The completed form shall be sent to “The Registrar, BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus, Sholapur Road, Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103”, Karnataka State, India.
