GNDU Application Form 2020: Applications will be invited for the eligible applicants to take admission in various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses at Guru Nanak Dev University for 2020-21 sessions. Applicants should check and ensure his/her eligibility for the course.

GNDU Application Procedure 2020
Step 1. Sign Up: Signup is compulsory and needs to be done once only. After signup, an applicant may apply for any number of courses. During signup, the applicant has to submit his/her personal details like Name, applicant’s own Mobile No. and Email ID, Father’s Name and Mobile No., Mother’s Name and Mobile No., Gender, Blood Group, Aadhar Card No., and has to upload his/her Photo and Signatures. So the applicant must keep a scanned copy of these images (in JPEG format) ready before Signup.
Step 2. Sign-In: After Signup, an email is sent to the applicant at his/her email ID registered in Step 1 above, using which he/she can Sign-in (i.e Login). After sign-in applicant will reach in “Applicant Area” where he/she can find various options like “Course Registration”, “Download Admit Card”, “Apply for Hostel” etc.
Step 3. Course Registration: To register/apply for a course and to deposit fee, the applicant must fill the registration form. Applicant must check and ensure his/her eligibility for the course. During registration, the applicant is asked to fill his/her category. Every reserved category applicant is automatically considered in the general category also. Applicant must select category carefully, once submitted, category is not allowed to change. To avail the benefit of multiple reserved categories for the same course, the applicant will have to fill multiple course-registration forms for the same course. Registration Fee for SC/ST is Rs. 600 and for all other categories, it is Rs. 1200. (Registration Fee for B.Tech (based on JEE) and B.Arch.(based on NATA) is Rs. 2000.) Registration Fee for Foreign/NRI Students is US$ 500. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Step 4. Department/Course Selection: During Course Registration Step, Applicant has to select Department for joint Courses as:
- “B.Sc.(Hons)/B.Sc./M.Sc.(FYIC) /B.Pharma./ B.Tech(without JEE-Main)” for admission in B.Sc. (Hons) Botany, B.Sc.(Hons) Agriculture, M.Sc.(FYIC)(USHS) Chemistry, B.Tech (Comp Engg), M.Sc.(FYIC)(USHS) Human Genetics, M.Sc,(FYIC)(USHS) Math, B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) /MLT, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc.(FYIC)(USHS) Physics, M.Sc.(FYIC)(USHS) Zoology courses.
- MCA (FYIC)/MBA (FYIC)/M.Com.(FYIC)/B.Com(Hons.)/B.Sc.(Hons) Economics/ BTTM/ BHMCT for admission in M.C.A. (FYIC), M.B.A. (FYIC), B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics, Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM), Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), M.Com (FYIC), B.Com (Hons.) courses.
- MBA (TYC/Mkt. Mgt./Fin.Mgt.)/ MBA(HRD)/ MBA(Finance) for admission in MBA (Two Year Degree Courses), MBA (Finance Management), MBA (Marketing Management), MBA (HRD), MBA (Finance) courses.
- Otherwise, the applicant shall select the particular Department for a particular course to proceed for Course registration step.
Step 5. Fee Payment: Registration fee can be paid either in HDFC Bank or can be paid online or can be deposited in cash at the university cash counter.
Step 6. Fill Admission Form: Once registration fee is confirmed with GNDU. The applicant can fill Admission form (before the last date to fill admission form).
Step 7. Download Admit Card: If admission is through “Entrance Test” then the applicant is required to download Admit card. (Applicant will NOT be allowed to enter in entrance test hall without admit card). Admit card can be downloaded after sign in.
Step 8. Check Result of Entrance Test: Result of the entrance test will be published on the university website.
Step 9. Counselling: Qualified applicants are required to appear personally for counselling on the respective counselling date. While coming for counselling applicant must be bring all his/her original certificates along with.
Step 10. Admitted applicants: After counselling, list of provisionally admitted applicants will be published on the university website.
