KMAT 2018: Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) has invited applications for admission into MBA/PGDM and MCA Programs offered by Self-Financing, University affiliated, AICTE approved Colleges in Karnataka.
KMAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who have completed any 3 years bachelor’s degree after 10+2 from any recognized university with a minimum of 50 percent marks in their aggregate of all subjects including languages, are eligible for this exam.
KMAT 2018 Selection Process
Applicants will be selected for admission to the applied course on the basis of KMAT scores‚ group discussion and personal interview will be intimated on the website for the benefit of applicants.

Applicants who are applying for MBA have to prepare a DD of Rs 1000/-

KMAT 2018 Exam Pattern
KMAT Exam is an object type multiple choice question-based paper. This exam includes following three tests:
MBA Program: 1. Language Comprehension (40 Questions) 2. Mathematical Skills (40 Questions), 3. Basic Aptitude (40 Questions); Total No. of Questions & Duration: 120
MCA Program: 1. Language Comprehension (40 Questions) 2. Mathematical Skills (40 Questions), 3. Logical Reasoning (40 Questions); Total No. of Questions & Duration: 120.
Karnataka KMAT 2018 Application Form
After taking Demand Draft (DD) go to www.kmatindia.com website and click on Apply now and fill all the details and click apply.
After applying to take a print out of the filled application. Paste a recent Passport Size Photo and Sign where Signature space is provided.
Completed KMAT 2018 Application Form along with the Demand Draft (DD) and necessary postage must reach to the following address “The Secretary – KMAT 2018, Sheshdripuram First Grade College Ca Site No.26 Yelhanka New Town, Bangalore-560064.”
Please make a photocopy of the application form and Demand Draft (DD) as a proof of acknowledgement.
KMAT 2018 Syllabus
KMAT 2018 is proposed to be conducted with the moderate level of difficulty without creating confusion in paper-pencil mode. The exam will have MCQs only. Section wise syllabus for KMAT 2018 is as follows
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
English language ability would be tested through questions on Grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension of passages etc. There would be questions on the understanding of the contents of the passages and choice of appropriate words, phrases, expressions and similar language skills
This shall include the passages with questions based on their contents to test comprehension
Logical and Abstract Reasoning
This shall include questions to measure how quickly and accurately you can think. The section may have questions in sets as well individual ones based on Verbal Reasoning, analogy among others
The questions in this section will be of matriculation standard.
This shall include questions to know how fast and accurate you can work with numbers, do numerical calculations, understand various arithmetic problems involving ratio & proportion, percentage, interest, time and speed etc. Apart from Arithmetic, the questions may also be based on Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and parts of mathematics.
