Manipur TET 2019 Manipur Teacher Eligibility Test Notification

Manipur TET 2019: It is hereby notified of all concerned that, the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur has invited online application for the aspiring applicants to appear in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2019.

Manipur Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Manipur for those applicants who desire to become a teacher for class I-VIII in govt./private/public Schools in the state of Manipur. Manipur TET is conducted for the post of Primary & Junior Teachers from class I-VIII. The exam will be held in the online mode for both primary & upper-primary.

The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur will be conducting the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for an applicant to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII. The test will be conducted In 15 (fifteen) languages.

Manipur TET 2019 Important Dates

  • Date of online form submission: 24th September 2019
  • Last date of online form submission and payment of fees: 23rd October 2019 (before 11.30 pm)
  • Manipur TET 2019 Exam Date: 24th November 2019 (Sunday)
    • (a) Paper-I 10.00 am to 12.00 noon
    • (b) Paper-II 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Manipur TET 2019 Examination Fees

  • Any transaction charges will be bomed by the applicants.
  • Fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted for the future test under any circumstances

Mode of Payment: REMITTANCE THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT (Debit Card/Credit Card/Netbanking).

Eligibility Criteria for Manipur TET 2019

The following persons are eligible for appearing in the TET, 2019.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teachers for Classes I – V (Primary Stage):

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
  • Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.}. OR
  • Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent} with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.). OR
  • Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulation issued from time to time in this regard. OR
  • Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent} with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI. Ed.). OR
  • Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent} with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.A.IB.Sc. Ed. or. B.A.Ed.lB.Sc.Ed. or Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 Year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Applicants who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor Degree in Education or Diploma in Elementary Education etc. are provisionally admitted and their TET Certificate shall be valid only on passing the aforesaid examinations.

The applicant not having any of the above qualifications shall not be eligible for appearing in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).

The applicant should satisfy his /her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.

Manipur TET 2019 Application Form

The applicant can apply for TET 2019 online through TET official website tet.bosem.in w.e.f 24th September 2019 to 23rd October 2019.

The applicant applying for TET 2019 is required:

  • To go through the Information Bulleting carefully with the entire requirement therein
  • To satisfy the eligibility criteria to appear in the examination.
  • To submit online application by giving full particulars by accessing the TET official website tet.bosem.in.
  • If an applicant submits more than one application, his/ her candidature shall be liable to be canceled and the applicant may also be debarred for future examination(s). No communication will be sent in this regard.

Method of submission for online application form:

  • Step 1: Log on to TET official website tet.bosem.in
  • Step 2: Click on the button/ link “CLICK FOR ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION”
  • Step 3: Read all the instructions carefully on the instruction page and check the “Checkbox” located at the bottom of the instruction page.
  • Step 4: Fill in the online application form, check the “Declaration Checkbox” and click on the “Submit Application” button.
  • Step 5: Note down the application number on the next page (a confirmation email and SMS with the application number will also be sent to the email Id & mobile number entered by you in the online application form).
  • Step 6: Click on the “Pay Examination Fee” button to pay the examination fee in online mode. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
  • Step 7: Note down the Payment Id for future reference (a confirmation email & SMS along with payment detail will be sent to your email Id and mobile number).

Steps to Login

  • Step 1: Log on to TET official website tet.bosem.in
  • Step 2: Click on the “Login” menu from the menu bar.
  • Step 3: Enter your Application No., DOB, and the verification/ captcha code.
  • Step 4: Click on the “Login” button or press enter key.

Steps to download Application Form (filled up)

  • Step 1: Log in to your account.
  • Step 2: Click on the link “Click here to download application form”.

Steps to download Admit Card

  • Step 1: Log in to your account.
  • Step 2: Click on the link “Click here to download admit card” (if you’ve applied for Both (Paper-I & Paper-II) then two separate links will be available).
  • Step 3: Applicant must sign in the designated area on “Admit Card”. The signature must match the one uploaded online while filling online application.

Note: Admit card download link will be available after the examination authority has completed the verification process. The date for download the admit card will be notified later. Keep checking the website for any update.

Manipur TET Exam Pattern 2019

TET Examination will be a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type of Paper.

Two papers will be conducted for TET 2019.

Paper-I will be conducted for applicants who wish to be teachers from Classes I to V.

Paper-II will be conducted for Applicants who wish to be teachers for Classes VI to VIII.
