Symbiosis Pune MBA Admission 2020 Notification

Symbiosis SIBM MBA Admission 2020: Symbiosis Institute of Business Management-SIBM Pune has invited applications for admission into the MBA Program for Batch 2020-22. Only those applicants who have registered and paid for “SNAP Test 2019” will be eligible for the institute registration process. SNAP Test 2019 will be held on December 15th, 2019.

The two-year full-time residential MBA is SIBM Pune’s flagship program, spread across four semesters and offering specializations in Marketing, Human Resource, Management, Finance and Operations Management.

Eligibility Criteria for Symbiosis SIBM MBA Admission 2020

MBA

  • Applicant should be Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
  • Applicants appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes). Applicants who have completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship)

  • Applicant should be Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

Step I

  • SNAP Test – Each student desirous of admission to SIIB, Pune must appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, which is a common written test for the admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes (for SNAP Test information log on to www.snaptest.org and register).

Step II

  • The selection process at SIIB, Pune Each student desirous of admission to SIIB Pune must apply SIIB, Pune separately, using the link given at the website. Short-listed applicants based on SNAP Test scores will be called for the selection process at SIIB, Pune. Shortlisted applicants are announced via a web-link on SIIB Pune’s website as per the scheduled dates; individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not called for GE-PIWAT.

Applicants need to apply online www.sibm.edu.

Applicants should take a due care to enter the correct details while filling the forms. At any point of time during the entrance process or even after securing admission, if details are found incorrect then the applicant will be disqualified or after securing admission, admission will be canceled without assigning the reason.

Steps for Applying to SIBM Pune MBA Admission 2020

  • After applying for SNAP Test, you need to apply separately for SIBM Pune.
  • Visit SIBM Pune Website www.sibm.edu
  • Register online for SIBM Pune using your SNAP Test ID & Password and make an online payment by paying the application fee of Rs.1000/-; on completion of registration, you will receive a confirmatory mail.
  • This indicates the confirmation of your registration; all aspiring students are requested to register online on sibm.edu for regular updates on happenings at SIBM Pune.

  • Start Date to Register and Pay August 16th, 2019
  • Last Date to Register and Pay: December 14th, 2019 11.59 PM
  • Shortlist for Group Exercise and Personal Interaction: January 17th, 2020
  • Group Exercise and Personal Interaction between 05th February & 17th February 2020
  • Final Merit list display February 25th, 2020
  • Last date for payment of fees for candidates in the first merit list: March 10th, 2020
  • Program Commencement: June 04th, 2020

A student seeking admission to the program must be:

  • Applicant should be a graduate from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at graduation level.
